Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via registered mail through Correos, with a tracking number included -an email will be send. Once the order is placed, it is prepared and shipped within 24–72 business hours.
 

Estimated delivery times are:

Spain: 2–5 business days
Europe: 4–7 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These timeframes are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as high-demand periods, customs processes, or logistical issues.

Returns & Exchanges

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange without the need to provide any justification.

Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging and tags intact.

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors.

Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized or made-to-order items.
